Kathmandu: India has primarily two mentally-retarded and self-proclaimed Nepal experts.

They aren’t experts as such but instead they have ever conspired against Nepal and have caused immense damage to this sovereign and once an “Independent Nation”.

Nothing of worth independence and sovereign as such remains for the Nepali people but Indian hegemony has replaced our hard won precious sovereignty and integrity.

Nepali leaders or equivalent to dealers have willingly submitted the nation’s glorious past to the regional scoundrel-India, the former slave of the Mughals and British East India Company.

One has to admit that we the people of Nepal too have contributed our share in selling the nation to India at some price or pleasingly being in the payroll of India beginning right from the 1950

days when India coerced Nepal in signing an unequal bilateral treaty of 1950 which limited Nepal’s ties with countries beyond India.

The first one is a Professor in India Sukh Deo Muni, whose intimate connections with the Research and Analysis Wing (widely known as the RAW spy agency which mainly works to destabilize and smear the smaller nations in India’s immediate neighborhood).

This revolting Indian Professor Muni claims that he is the lone expert on Nepal affairs in India.

He at times, as he himself admits, in his published books that he remained contributory in deposing the last Nepali Monarch King Gyanendra from the Nepali Crown concurrently nursing the Nepal Maoists who were designed and created simply to keep sovereign Nepal under its iron grips.

Professor Muni in his recent book claims that while he was generating troubles for King Gyanendra then concurrently fuelling and assisting the India’s baby political parties to take to the streets against the ruling Nepali sovereign.

Our own source says that this ad-nauseating and disgusting Professor Muni brought Pushpa Kamal Dahal aka Prachanda-the sitting Nepal Prime Minister and Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai closer to India’s national security advisor ( NSA) Brajesh Mishra who in turn fixed and appointment for Prachanda and Dr. Bhattarai with the sitting Indian Prime Minister-the charlatan Atal Bihari Bajpayi.Notably, PM Bajpayee was the number one nemesis of sovereign Nepal, however, he kept himself under masks ever and gave the impression that he was the nearest and dearest friend of Nepal.

Vajpayee was unmasked in the later years when RAW trained Professor Muni admitted that he was behind the scene. Character wise Vajpayee too was a ruffian.

Nepal Maoists Prachanda and Dr. Bhattarai while meeting Brajesh Mishra and PM Bajpayee promised both the political dignitaries of India that “they and their terrorist outfit shall never ever cause and serious harm to the overall strategic security interests of India and that they shall ever remain indebted to “mother India” for providing substantial support to the Nepali grouping.
Sources claim that while meeting Brajesh Mishra, the Nepal Maoists’ also sought tangible helps from the then India’s BJP led government that their guerrilla grouping be allowed to stay in India and kept under the care of the RAW spy agency.

Says former Maoists cadre turned a strong nationalist Bharat Dahal who laments and expresses his inner feeling, in his own words, “when I saw myself being inside the Maoists paraphernalia that my party as such was not even a party of Nepali origin but the party itself appeared to be as to have been designed by the enemy regime India in order to damage Nepal from within and that my “hatred against my own party trebled when I saw from my own eyes that the Indian spy intelligence agency had been providing State-security to Nepal Maoists then residing in Delhi”.

Bharat Dahal since then has remained critical of India and its double standards.

Sometime later the shameless Professor Muni had mediated in between Nepal’s acclaimed traitors, Prachanda and Dr. Bhattrai, with the Indian Prime Minister fraudulent double-speak Vajpayee through Brajesh Mishra (as stated in earlier paragraphs), Muni reminded the Indian PM at a political party/reception of his meet with him together with the Nepali traitors and enquired as to whether the Nepal Maoists shall be awarded Indian government’s largesse or not as demanded by the two Maoists leaders?

In fact Muni had demanded in his letter with the PM Vajpayee that Nepal Maoists leaders staying inside India be looked upon sympathetically as the two Maoists duo may in the later days will bring in bouquets of political and security benefits to India.

This means that by this time this swindler Professor knew that the Nepal Maoists duo could be twisted to the Indian terms if and when they enjoy Indian government’s largesse.

When PM Vajpayee met Professor Muni at the reception party, the Indian PM says referring to the letter of Muni that “Muni Jee, we have got your message on Nepal. Will do something”.

This means that India had been playing double with Nepal on Maoists terrorism.

If on the one hand India was quick enough to dub Nepal Maoists as “terrorists then equally India had been supporting Maoists to reside inside India enjoying Indian bounty.

The then Indian Foreign Minister Yeswant Singh had declared Nepal Maoist as terrorists first.t was a fun in that India-the country which provided shelter to the Nepal Maoists was quick enough to brand Maoists as terrorists in 2001.

He added, “What humiliated me when I noticed that my own political party began dancing to the tune of India and its leaders-then in the ruling Bharatiya Janta party (BJP).”

This phenomena broke my hearts and I concluded that I must not be a party to damage my own mother Nepal by residing in a party that was created and primarily designed by enemy India.

Summing up all the threads together, what could be fairly said that the India’s cursed Professor, S. D. Muni, talked to be an orphan, was from the very beginning jealous of Nepal Monarch, Nepali politics being twisted by the sitting rulers not to the political advantage of India and its coercive system wanted the entire regime under Monarchy be done away with and thus he appears to have decided to assist a force in Nepal which was simply against the Monarchy.

And in the process, this fake and pseudo Professor found an ally in the two Maoists turncoats right in New Delhi.

It was a bumper prize for Prof. Muni that he found two ready-made anti Nepal Nepalese traitors right in Delhi.

And the process of destabilizing and devastating of sovereign Nepal, right began in earnest when Prachanda and Dr. Bhattarai submitted themselves to India and its clumsy rulers.

This hints that India was never happy with Nepal’s independent and sovereign status.

Kingpin of damage Nepal campaign:

Mentally perverted Indian Professor Muni, apart from the maneuvering against Nepal has been actively engaged in a campaign wherein he advises Nepal’s Madhesi leaders who happen to meet him secretly either in Delhi or in Kathmandu, to create hurricane against the PAHADIYA rules in Nepal.

He instructs or even funds (?) these Nepali leaders from Terai plains in private to secede from Nepal and assimilate in Oceanic India. His main objective is to weaken Nepal through any means available to him.

I am told that he has intimate connections with clear-India-bend Seminarians wherein he suggests his paid puppet servants to lobby for India when needed.
Thus when India imposed Economic Blockade in September 2015 on Nepal, a set of so called intellectuals with visible India bend to demonstrate against Nepal at the international border in the South chanting India has not imposed blockade on Nepal but instead it is the Nepalese people’s ire against their own government.
Needless to say, the Indian migrants’ leaders who have bribed Nepali citizenships and become a Nepali leader obviously chanted slogans against Nepal.

We have been told that during this blockade the Indian embassy people too amassed wealth in the name of pumping up the Nepali people with India bend against the Nepal government’s calling the blockade a blockade.

Sources also say that S. D. Muni has bosom linkages with some Nepali media men who day-in-day-out have been serving India and its prime interests definitely which may not be free of charge.

Even big media houses in Kathmandu run with the munificence of the Indian regime through the RAW branch office in Kathmandu.

Professor Muni though is close to the Indira Congress (Indian national congress) but he easily fits into the shoes of the Bharatiya Janta Party paraphernalia.
Moreover, immaterial of political allegiance Professor Muni works for India and thus his surreptitious acts against Nepal’s sovereignty is being assisted by any regime that is at the Centre.

his means in the damage Nepal campaign, both the National Congress or for that matter the BJP are all at one point.

This means that whosoever is at the center, for damage Nepal campaign they all join hands.
This makes us to come at a single conclusion: India is the nearest and declared enemy of Nepal. At least I have no confusion which is based on my five decades long experience.

Enters the second Indian clown:

Any Delhi residing Indian national who understands on how Indian regime twists Nepal’s foreign policy matters tentatively deserves a right to claim himself as Nepal’s Foreign Policy experts. Needless to say, scores of Indian nationals loitering in the Delhi’s dirty streets who has gained some knowledge on Nepal and its subservient governments (formed after India catapulted the system of Monarchy into a Republican Order) function in Nepal, begins claiming himself as he too have had his contribution if changing the System in Nepal and so he should be taken as Nepal expert.

However, to claim and in in real terms, to become an expert of Nepal demands deep knowledge about the very basics of Nepal’s ancient social structure and that the person in question must have the knowledge that Nepal ever existed as an independent and a sovereign nation.

The fact is that the Indian nationals who reeled under the shackles of slavery, of the Mughals and of the British East India Company, now dream of ruling Nepal as their colony.

Back to the point:

So the second Indian prankster who claims himself as Nepal expert is a retired Indian Military man, General Ashok Mehta, who resembles the face of a Joker found in the playing cards.

As he glued himself when in Service with the India’s Nepali language speaking Gorkha Brigade so he has a comparative command in Nepali language.
It is this language advantage that he claims himself as Nepal expert to which he is not.

He is highly talkative Indian national and talks all nonsense on Nepal but yet he has a good following in Nepal with the people of various social strata.

I think his tacit connections with the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) makes him important in Nepal as Nepal’s India bend political animals and some media men wish to increase intimacy with him hoping at he will recommend their individual names in the regular payroll of the RAW Kathmandu branch. This loquacious retired Indian military man Ashok Mehta, however, this time spoke correct much to the satisfaction of the common Nepali population.

Mehta point blank said of sitting Prime Minister Prachanda aka P. K. Dahal that he trusted and tested “Arabian Horse” of the Indian regime.

Mehta without mincing his grand revelation that PM Dahal was an “Indian horse”, however, spoke the exposed truth and facts.

That he is an Indian horse was known to us all as we knew in advance that he was trained, indoctrinated and exported to Nepal so that he could usurp power in Nepal and then serve the committed security interests of the Indian regime-the Goliath.

Yet Mehta stamped the fact by stating that Prachanda was not only “comfortable” to India but he was also “Indian horse” which could be whipped at an opportune moment.

By and large, the change in the coalition that replaced S. B. Deuba with K. P. Oli is also a strategic plan of India, designed by the RAW machination, to keep people guessing that China and USA too have become active in Nepal.

Yes! They have but that too is just a cosmetic change. The fact is that this Indian horse will serve the Indian masters as long as he is alive in politics.
Prachanda and the Indian regime is thus a collective menace for mother Nepal.

India is a recognized bully in South Asia:

We have one more trickster Indian national who is none less than India’s elevated Foreign Minister S. Shanker who on March 02, 2024 at a book launching event in Delhi clarified that “India is not a bully”.

That India is a bully gets testified by the clarification ploy initiated by the Minister.

Had it not been a bully, questions could not have been raised in the globe more so in South Asia-which is feeling the brunt of the Indian hegemony and bullying non-ending practices.

India’s bullying practices has best been recorded and registered and brought to notice for the world population has come from President Mohamed Muizzu- the President of Maldives wherein he served ultimatum to India’s bully-regime to pack the military men from Male who had been spying on Maldivian waters.

When served ultimatum, India accused China that it was behind the fresh anti-Indian activities.

Good news is that India is taking back its spy-military me from Male soon.

The B’desh nationalist party has called for a boycott of Indian goods.

Entire Nepali people are against people. Sri Lanka knows what India is when it tolerated the forced landing of IPKF-Indian peace keeping force.

Bhutan remains ever terrified with colonizer. Pakistan is the one that speaks eye-to an eye with India and thus the South Asian region minus Pakistan is an Indian mess-the AKhanda Bharat. It is the Pakistani presence in South Asia that India’s dream-project of Akhanda Bharat remains a distant reverie. That’s all.
