DFID grant assistance to Nepal to fight Corona-19

Kathmandu, April 13: The United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) has freshly provided a sizeable amount of 802, 000 sterling pounds as Grant to Nepal in order to “help strengthen the country’s preparedness and response to the deadly COVID-19”.

According to the available reports, the DFID-Nepal, the support aims at increasing Nepal’s technical expertise, strengthening of the samples and laboratory management, disease surveillance and contact-tracing, improving infection prevention and control, strengthening information management and also for the improvement of clinical management of the cases with the support of the World Health Organization.
It is altogether a different matter that the Prime Minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson himself became the victim of the Corona Virus but yet his government, very old friend of Nepal indeed, came forward to help this nation now under the tight control of the corrupt communists who tacitly enjoy the backing of the Indian regime now being ruled by a team of Hindu fundamentalist headed by yet another fanatically Hindu leader Narendra Modi.
The British Prime Minister is now well, says BBC world service.

The Indian Prime Minister Modi prefers to dictate the weak leaders of South Asia that obviously includes Nepal Prime Minister KP Oli as well, it is talked in Kathmandu’s political circuit.
