N. P. Upadhyaya (Aryal); Kathmandu: The Chief of the South Asian plague-RAW, Samanta Kumar Goyal came to Nepal on October 21, 2020.

He came and met the Nepali leaders in his presumed agency’s regular payroll plus some others new recruits.
What was his purpose of Nepal visit is yet a mystery, however, some political reflections that have come to the notice of intelligent observers is that “the campaign for the restoration of forcefully overthrown Nepali monarchy” has taken a new height across the country.
This is puzzling in that how the RAW which unseated the Monarchy is now hell bent on restoring the same institution?
Look the Indian TV news of late, if you disagree with this scribe.
Indian TV used to vomit poison against the King in 2006 and now the same TV is all praise for the same king. Isn’t it a surprise?
And for what gains? To keep China at a distance? Yes. But will China oblige ? King Gyanendra has now reasons to smile. But what of India restored King for Nepal? 
It appears that the erratic crowd which facilitated the ouster of Nepali Monarchy in 2006 under RAW instructions and funding appears to have now been programed by the same ugly external agency (RAW) in order to restore the unceremoniously ousted Monarchy.
And the “strong nationalists” are in a celebration mood being vocal.
Observers at this paper may be wrong in their calculations but yet the way the penchant for the restoration of the Nepali monarchy is visible in the recent days suggests that the RAW and the Indian establishment, with Hindu flavor, wish for the monarchy in Nepal to be reinstated for some geo-politico compelling reasons.
The RAW has its own geopolitical compulsions to restore Nepali Monarchy.
India though constitutionally a secular nation but PM Modi and his Hindutva gang prefers Nepal to become once again the stronghold of Hinduism with the ceremonious reinstatement of the overthrown monarchy.
India needs a force in Nepal who could distance China and that could be King Gyanendra.
The second motive of the ugly Indian national’s arrival to Kathmandu was to warn Nepali leaders not to get fascinated by China’s lucrative offers.
Goyal threatened Prime Minister Oli during his two hours long “secret” one-on-one meet not to embolden China in the manner that is not tolerable to India or else his government would soon crumble much the same way and the speed with which the present system and the government was installed in the year 2006.
Goyal also lobbied for King Gyanendra while being in Nepal, high placed sources say.

Outstandingly, upon the departure of the dirty Indian national, the posted and paid pro-India lobby working in Nepal began teasing and threatening PM Oli to yield to their demands which were presumably set by the visiting South Asian menace-Goyal or else face the music which meant unseating of PM Oli from the Chair.
The ground reality in Nepal is that China has entered Nepal with a big bang and gives the impression that Beijing is here to “stay” for all time to come, come what may.
In a way, China will not oblige even if Prime Minister Oli personally sounds China not to go berserk in Nepal which has been a matter of serious concern not only to the Indian establishment but also to the United States of America and to the freshly signed US-India defense agreement.
China has by this time established visibly as an unshakeable political force matching or even weighing high to the Indian regime in Nepal.
China though not a reliable partner for Nepal yet the unending Indian hegemony in Nepal warrants China’s long stay in Nepal.
Keeping in mind all these China’s increasing infiltration and the subsequent quantum jump in influence in Nepali politics over these years, India which was all set to sign a defense related agreement with the United States of America in the month of October, 2020, appears to have sent the notorious RAW Chief in advance to reprimand his “yes men” in Nepali politics so that China’s excessive hobnob with an “opportunist section” of the India elevated and controlled heroes and builders of Nepal come to a grinding halt.
India and the US signed the defense agreement on October 27, 2020.
But the fact is that China’s permeation in Nepal’s domestic politics has almost equaled to what the Indian Ambassadors’ direct interventions used to be in Nepal’s internal affairs since the very next day of India’s partition.
Having said all these, an impartial judgment would be to admit that India’s RAW and South Block will continue to dominate the national politics in a shameless manner immaterial of the heavy Chinese penetration in Nepal.
The same will remain even if King Gyanendra is restored.
RAW dismissed him and RAW is about to bring him in. This is breaking.

The fact is that RAW has been pumping in money in Nepal since the Mahakali River Treaty Ratification in the mid-nineties through the RAW recognized and encouraged leaders who have had the honor to work for the Indian spy agency to cut down the size of King Birendra in the early nineties.
The RAW chief did his job well. Every second political man in Kathmandu Street is a RAW man perhaps. The menace is so high.
But yet another erratic Hindu Indian national, M. M Naravne, landed in Nepal on November 4, 2020, and issued commands to the Nepali military and the political men together with the Nepal President suggesting all “ the men who count in Nepali politics” to keep China at a distance that is suitable for India.
His message to the “yes men of India” in Nepal was to spread intense hatred for China in order to please India and ignoring his commands, per chance, may bring in disasters for the government and the entire System now in place that had been forcefully gifted by his (India) country in 2006.
Being a devout Hindu, Naravne lobbied for King Gyanendra.
M. M. Naravne is the Indian Army Chief who is almost a ruffian who takes pleasure in hating China.
To recall, it was this fitful deranged brain who on May 15, 2020 had stated that “Nepal has been teasing India on the behest of China”.
The uneven Indian military Chief was awarded with the prestige of the Honorary General of Nepal Army which was a Himalayan blunder on the part of Nepal Government.
In the first place, General Naravne must not have been allowed to land in Nepal for his filthy comments made on Nepal’s immediate neighbor in the North on May 15 this year.
But he was invited which meant to Nepali population that the Nepali government and many of its constitutional organs were just an extension of the Indian establishment.
Perhaps it is true in that India remained more than active in dismantling the institution of Nepali Monarchy through an India sponsored, funded, and crafted fake “revolution” of the year 2005-6.
Undoubtedly, Prachanda aka Pushpa Kamal Dahal was the India’s nursed, indoctrinated and posted brain child who was told to devastate Nepal and for this he was accorded a State Guest treatment by the Indian Spy agency-the RAW which enjoyed the Indian machinery backing during entire People’s War days in Delhi.
Prachanda was the guest of RAW for over a decade or so.
Prachanda was clearly an India’s “overused” pawn exported to Kathmandu with the mission to break Nepal’s ancient institutions and create fissures and bring in chaos in the otherwise Nepal’s peaceful societal harmony.

He almost proved to be an Indian agent as his recent political overtures aimed against Prime Minister Oli and his administrative setup does tell that in the recent days, he has been receiving numerous instructions round the clock from the Indian regime with straight commands to destabilize PM Oli’s regime.
Needless to say, the election defeated former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal is hand in glove with Prachanda presumed to be the India hand in Nepal.
Mr. Nepal is thousand times more dangerous than Prachanda as Mr. Nepal is the one who advocated in the nineties that India must tame King Birendra militarily if the latter hesitated in stepping down from active to constitutional monarch.
He stands exposed since then.
Mr. Nepal unfortunately took his birth in India, it is talked in Kathmandu’s political circuit. This explains the rest.
Remarkably, matching to the uninterrupted Indian intervention through the Indian envoy Binaya Mohan Quatra (the representative of the expansionist regime in Nepal), the Chinese Ambassador in Nepal Ms. Hou Yanqui has taken up the responsibility to “balance” Quatra’s coercion with that of herself.
Her piercing intervention is no less than Quatra’s.
Nepal is a football now. Both India and China are hitting the leather ball.
The third in series was the arrival of the Indian Foreign Secretary-Shringala who landed in Nepal with the customary and inherited “aggressive” attitude towards Nepal.
The Nepali speaking Shringala is no less dangerous than the “split personality” S. Jay Shankar, if one were to recall.
The manner he talked in Nepali language on the Indian scheme for Nepal was not only admonishing in content but also sounded that he is the real boss of Nepal henceforth and that his commands shall have to unconditionally accepted by the meek recipients in Nepal or else his regime back in India was all set to restore the ousted Nepali Monarchy. A real threat indeed.
Shringala’s visit to Gorkha district and the “lovely and accurate” statement he made on the forgotten Unifier of Nepal, King P. N. Shah, was sufficient enough to hint that something very special pudding was being cooked up in New Delhi’s kitchen.
Notably, India trained Dr. BR Bhattarai hails from Gorkha.
The sudden eruption of demonstrations in favor of Monarchy across the nation does tell that India is all set to bring the Nepali monarchy back.
But for what purpose?

Yes! Exhausted and scared by the China’s increasing footprints in South Asia over these recent months and watching the swollen military strength of the People’s Liberation Army associated with the fresh humiliating defeat bagged by India along the Laddakh border, a terribly shaken India has reasons to regain its lost friendship with the annoyed immediate neighbors.
It was this Indian motive to send Samanta Goyal, M. M Naravne and Shringala to Kathmandu and that too in a quick succession.
The Republican leaders have been told: either follow Indian dictates or else Monarchy shall be restored.
But will the people accept India restored monarchy? Question is also that will King Gyanendra feel comfortable as and when his lost crown is restored by the one nation which brought him to the footpath?
And here is the daddy of it all. The entrance of the China’s defense minister Wei Fenghe to Nepal has made null and void the arrival in quick succession of the three Idiots from India e.g Goyal, Naravene and Shringla.
Wei Fenghe’s trip to Kathmandu balances the excessive India tilt.
Wei’s visit to Dhaka and Islamabad after Kathmandu is loaded with meaning.
Wei said in Nepal that “China will maintain close communication and deepen pragmatic cooperation with Nepal while providing continuous assistance and support for the construction of the Nepali military to make greater contribution to the regional peace and stability and the benefit of the two peoples.
And Wei Fenghe also met with Nepalese Chief of Army Staff Purna Chandra Thapa. This has meaning underneath.
The rest could be extracted from Wei’s statement mentioned above.
Wei Fenghe then rushed to Islamabad wherein he met with Army Chief General Bajwa and discussed matters of national interest, regional security and enhanced bilateral “defense collaboration”.
Wei Fenghe is touring the South Asian nations close on the heels of signing of the US-India defense agreement on October 27, 2020.

This is loaded with meaning. Is China thinking big? Keep on guessing.
