Nepal: Acem signs MoU with Fusemachines

Kathmandu: February 10, 2020: Advanced College of Engineering and Management (acem) has signed MoU with Fusemachines Nepal at college premises today.

Mr.  Kapil Dev Regmi, Executive Director signed on behalf of acem, and Mr. Mukunda Joshi, Managing Director on behalf of  Fusemachines Nepal.

The MOU highlights that collaboration and co-operation will promote more effective use of resources and provide enhanced opportunities.

acem and Fusemachines Nepal have decided to focus their efforts on cooperation within the area of skill development through internship, on-site training and placement type of activities.

Mr. Regmi appreciated the keen interest of Fusemachines Nepal to work closely with the academia of Nepal and support the skill development of students.

Mr.  Dileep Agrawal, Director of acem and World Link, congratulated both the institutions. He remarked how Artificial Intelligence is the future and the partnership with Fusemachines will contribute to the amalgamation of AI into the engineering education as well as the overall industries of Nepal.

Er. Lochan Lal Amatya, Pricipal of acem, welcomed the Fusemachines Nepal team in the program. Mr. Parag Shrestha, Managing Director of Fusemachines Nepal for South Asia shared that the partnering will directly contribute to the students of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering besides Bachelor in Computer Application focusing Artificial Intelligence.
