No mincing words. Talking straight is his habit. At times he hits the nail right on the head where it is needed.

In many more ways than one, he is a perfect senior lawyer that the country needs at least for some time more to come.

His knowledge as regards the nitty-gritty of the constitution and the laws of the land remain at par excellence. We could have some more but so far they have not appeared in the media. Basically, he is taken as a constitutional expert with immense and logical information and is also honored by most of the non partisan media outlets and thus he appears quite often in the Television channels.

 and ventilates his inner pains on how the constitutional provisions were being distorted to suit party's personal preferences.

The Idiot box men like his constitutional interpretations more so when he exposes the practice of constitutionalism by the Constituent Assembly members more so by the CA's Speaker with fristrating look that he is by all human standards.

The media men invite him for a live dialogue when something goes wrong with the functioning of the current order more so when the constitution is wrongly interpreted or when the CA Speaker exceeds him limits or doesn't act in a manner that is demanded of him.

He is Advocate Bhimarjun Acharya.

On October 8, 2010, after noon, we found this constitutional expert talking live on the Sagarmath Television.

The manner he presented his views as regards the country's "politics in disorder" was more than illuminating.

His main target was the acts and the lethargic activities of the CA Speaker-Subash Nembang.

In all, Mr. Acahrya tried to prove, though in an indirect fashion and with modesty, that the current political mess had been allowed to prolong due to the incompetence and "all pleasing attitude" exhibited by the CA Speaker.

Mr. Acahrya says that CA Speaker, on several occasions, exceeded his constitutional limits by summarily ignoring those issues which demanded a thorough extensive debate at the CA body, for example, the May 3, 2009, event wherein the titular Head of the State had reinstated the then government sacked Nepal Army Chief.

The CA Speaker did so, says Acharya, to please some, near or far.

Dangerous allegation that it is but backed by logic.

Yet another charge that Mr. Acharya labeled on the CA Speaker is a grave one. He says the current election to the Nepal PM post that is going on in series with no positive results could have been shortened had the CA Speaker acted by the rules of the game more so of the CA directives and the special prerogatives that he possess under his sleeves.

In an indirect manner, the CA Speaker, added Mr. Acharya, was the main villain in throwing the country to this non-ending political chaos.

Hisa courage must be admired.

The election to the Nepal PM post in rounds after rounds is unusual and that no where in the interim constitution it has been written that elections should contionue in such a way. CA Speaker intervention was demanded, claims Acharya-the veteran lawyer.

He also raised his reservations on those CA members who remained absent during the CA seession for more than ten days in series. He says, the CA body's provision has been that those who remain absent for ten days in series remain no longer the member of the CA body.

But the CA Speaker has ignored this provision.

He spoke so many things. The gist was that it was the CA Speaker who has spoiled the Nepali politics.

Appears he is speaking the truth.

The CA Speaker in the past used to be a third class lawyer with no credibility as such.
