"The election to the prime minister is moving in a dramatic manner, it would be better for the country to dissolve the Constituent Assembly and hold fresh elections to get new mandate", said Chairman Jhal Nath Khanal of United Marxist Leninists' Party.
Mr. Khanal made the remark addressing a program organized by an affiliate of his own party in Kathmandu, October 7, 2010.
Mr. Khanal's new theory has some political connotation in that his statement tallies with what Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal chairman Kamal Thapa has been demanding.
