Nepal: Absence of Chinese envoy hints at Beijing’s quiet resentment : New Delhi has arrived to a conclusion that their major external security threat will eventually come from the Chinese front, which is a neighboring country of Nepal in the North.


Nepal: Complete Constitution is impossible in remaining time : Yes! We must cultivate intimate relations both with China and India. That is different. The constitution has to be drafted by the Nepalese themselves. Yes! If we continue to fight with each other and then seek other’s support then the things could be different.


Imperialists encroach upon Nepal and India through funded NGO’s : The Indian state harbors the suspicion that the communist movement in Nepal might strengthen the one in India. It also perceives that the Maoist party in Nepal is close to China. Therefore, New Delhi and Bhattarai can hardly be called natural allies.


Nepal: China and India can shield against West penetration : Absolutely not. India is our closest neighbor with whom NC shared cordial and friendlier relations. The leaders of NC had participated in the Independence Movement of India. Now also we can find statue of late BP Koirala, a founder of NC, in Bihar.


Nepal: Chances of Prachanda behaving like active Monarch remains : Well, it is not a situation where in one could say that Prachanda has already emerged or say surfaced like a new King but yet the manner some changes that have suddenly come inside him, if per chance, that gets developed or begins developing then we could see the possibility of Comrade Prachanda behaving like an active monarch.


Nepal: I am just a well wisher of ex-King Gyanendra : Not. Not in the recent days. I even do not have that much wish and desire to meet him. Nor I make efforts in seeing him in private. I am just a well wisher of the King. I think that the Nepali Monarchy has done a lot for this country which needs its real assessment. But I never wish to see him and talk against others.


Nepal: While reshuffling State, preserve nation’s ethnic-geographical uniqueness : But while restructuring the state, we must consider the ethnic and geographical peculiarity of Nepal. I do not object the idea of federalism, but I strictly oppose the idea of restructuring the state on the basis of ethnicity.


Nepal: Government is anti-national and anti-people : There are several factors which have given birth to this Front. This could also be taken as a United Front with Revolutionary character in itself. In the Front as of today, the participation is of the Nepal Maoists and also of those organizations which were close to the party.


Some Regional and Global power want to contain Chinese increasing influence from Nepal : CA is an achievement gained after waging 60 years long armed and peaceful struggle. It is the single platform to ensure and institutionalize the rights of Nepali population. The CA should be protected at any cost
