India is the mother of current Nepal Government: Upendra Yadav

TGW

If we are to believe what said Upendra Yadav of Madhav Kumar Nepal upon his return home completing a highly successful trip to New Delhi then it is adieu for the Unified Maoists Party of Nepal.

The end result is thus the Maoists’ party led government will not take shape in Nepal for several years to come if not decades, if we are to entirely believe Upendra Yadav. And, with Girija Prasad Koirala’s political acumen fading away with his old age and deteriorating health conditions, say experts, in Madhav Kumar Nepal India has seen the replica of Girija Prasad Koirala who could be used as an Arabian horse in Nepal.

Look what says Mr. Yadav.

“He is the heartthrob of the Indian leaders”, said Yadav who is the chief of the Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum talking to journalists at the Tribhuwan International Airport, November 9, 2009.

“The mother of Madhav Kumar Nepal led government is India”, he said adding “How can a mother kill her own baby?”

“This government is India’s baby,” he continued.

“India wants longevity of this government”, said Yadav adding further that Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepal is loved by majority of the Indian leadership”.

“India is not in favor of breaking the current government”.

“India fears the making of a constitution in Nepal that could be the likening of the Communists”, added Yadav.

During my meetings with the Indian leadership, I felt that they favor a democratic constitution for Nepal, Yadav told the journalists.

“India’s wishes are to see unity among all the political actors, draft the constitution on time and restore peace in the country”, said Yadav.

He also informed the press men that India also did not favor dissolution of the Constituent Assembly and impose presidential rule in Nepal.

To recall, just the other day one of the senior leaders of the Unified Maoists’ Party, Mr. Mohan Baidya alias Kiran had opined that the ruling parties, the UML and the Nepali Congress were hatching conspiracy to dissolve the Constituent Assembly as per the diktats of their Indian masters.
