UML Chairman Khanal ready to become Nepal PM

TGW

The Chairman of the United Marxist Leninists’ Party, Jhal Nath Khanal, has advocated in favor of the formation of a National Unity Government in Nepal.

He has also said that if need be, he was ready to take the charge of the nation as the prime minister of the country.

“We have felt that a national unity government has become mandatory for our country to conclude the peace process and draft the constitution on time”, also said the UML Chairman while addressing an interaction program organized by the Nepali Students who are currently studying at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, November 8, 2009.

All the parties should shun their haughty behaviors and build confidence to achieve our common objective, Khanal added.

“I am not lobbying in favor of getting any responsibility as such but I am ready to accept any responsibility as per the request of the Nepali population and if it becomes need of the time”, said Khanal  when asked by the students that there have been gossips all around that he was the next prime minister of the country.
Analysts opine that New Delhi has found a new Arabian Horse! Khanal could be the horse.
