Prachanda claims protests will be peaceful in Nepal

TGW

The Unified Maoist Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda has declared that millions of people will appear in the streets of Kathmandu to Gherao Singh Durbar, the ministerial secretariat of Nepal.

The Unified Maoists’ Party protest program is to begin, Sunday, November 1, 2009.

Prachanda was speaking at a program organized by the Unified Maoists’ Lalitpur District chapter, October 30, 2009.

“The people will voluntarily retaliate if the government resorted to repression”, thundered Prachanda.

“Our protest programs will be peaceful”, Dahal explained.

Dahal revealed that the Maoists’ Party protest programs will be participated in by artists, litterateur and the journalists as well.

He also alleged that the ruling parties were conspiring to impose Presidential rule in the country.

“The parties in government are tying alienate the Maoists Party from the mainstream politics which will be counterproductive for the country in the long run”, he added.

Now it is the time to listen to the leader of the largest democratically party as it is the voice of the Nepalese citizen at large . But it is the time to act logically to take Nepal to the right direction . nepal should protect its ideologies and should not sell the boarder land to the other nations just to keep the relation good But Nepalese people should think that the land belongs to the people in general not the PM and Ministers. People as great should worn the government in time and again.

Political polarization is not there as yet. To remind you, the Maoists have come only after a people’s war but not the rest of the political parties. It could be this factor which may have brought or to come to surface certain differences with the Maoists over some political issues. More..
