Nepal CA Speaker Hoping against Hope, Hopes House will Resume

TGW

The Chair of the Constituent Assembly Mr. Subash Chandra Nembang who has merely turned into a spectator in the ongoing fight between the major parties has opined that he is still hopeful that the now disrupted parliament would soon reopen and also that the constitution drafting process would go smoothly.

He was perhaps hoping against hope.

Mr. Nembang was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Srimad Bhagawat Gyan Maha Yagna in the district of Tanahu, October 26, 2009.

The Yagna has been organized to support the construction of Jana Jyoti Campus in Tanahu.

He also told the gathering that the political parties were seriously holing talks to end the dispute soon.
To hope is not a crime any way.
