MJF-Yadav is a NGO funded and controlled by aliens: Nepal DPM

TGW

Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum-Lokatantrik-Mr. Bijaya Kumar Gacchedhar has said that the so-called Maoists’ People’s Uprising cannot topple the incumbent government.

Addressing a mass gathering organized by his party in Vairahawa district, 24 October 2009, he blamed the Unified Maoist party for derailing the entire functioning of the nation by disrupting the parliament.

Mr. Gacchedhar who was the leader of Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum (MJF) led by Mr. Upendra Yadav prior to the vertical split of the party, May 15, 2009, said "MJF is not a political party worth the name, but basically a NGO funded and controlled by the foreigners."

The Nepal DPM, however, did not spell out the names of the foreign countries that had been supporting Yadav’s NGO?

By extension, Yadav can also ask Bijaya Gacchedhar as to which country had been funding his MJF splinter?

The likelihood remains thus.

He also said his party will incorporate the voices of all Madhesi, Pahadi and Himali people residing throughout the nation.

But, he said his party favors Hindi language to be recognized as a national language in the new constitution.

However, Hindi as a national language is being rejected by the people of Pahad, Himal and a large section of people residing in Terai as well.
