Nepal Maoist’s Agitation Enjoys China Support: Prachanda Claims

TGW

It is not unusual for the Maoists’ Party leadership to make undiplomatic remarks as and when they feel it necessary or even sometime just to boast of their newly acquired international standing.

But the question is where do the Maoists’’ stand in the international arena? Do they have any international standing at all?

Talking to journalists at the Tea Party organized by the Maoists’ Party on Monday the party's captain dragged China, Nepal’s northern neighbor into controversy when he revealed that “China has the support to the agitation sponsored by his party”.

Prachanda also revealed that he has brought only positive thinking from his weeklong trip to China.

“The outcome of my visit to China is that we need not focus ourselves on Agitation and War rather focus on development and peace,” Prachanda added.

He however, maintained that the Maoists’’ Party Agitation enjoys the Chinese support.

He however, did not reveal what sort of support will the Chinese regime extend to the Maoists’’ Party of Nepal in their so-called agitation.

Will the Chinese side respond to what was their actual position as regards Prachanda’s claim?

Hey Fuskat! Can you tighten your lip in this kind of sensitive issues. You don't speak out such things to public if that was true. Such support should be kept secret while carrying out so called agitation. Now China knows what kind of player you are. If that is not true, you are an example how fuskat Nepali politicians are. -A maoistic congreessite UMLean
