China Study Centers could cement Nepal-India-China ties: Chinese envoy

TGW

At a time when India’s notorious intelligence agency, RAW, has blamed that Nepal-China Study Centers are being used by the Communist regime of China to spy on India, a carefree Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Quo Guohang, has inaugurated yet another chapter of the Center, October 16, 2009 thus, the Chinese envoy, has provided some more “food” to the Indian analysts and intelligence agencies.

To the utter dismay of the Indian regime, the centre has been opened close to the Indian border in the district of Jhapa, Nepal.

The Indian side is just a stone throw distance from Jhapa.

The Chinese envoy addressing the inauguration ceremony in Jhapa today, October 16, 2009, said that since Jhapa district was surrounded by India on two sides, the Centre could play a positive and significant role in enhancing relations between “Nepal, China and India”.

He also said that relations between China and Nepal were historical and added that China’s relations with India were also improving.

“Having good relations with both India and Nepal, China can make substantial contributions for the stability and economic prosperity of the entire South Asian Region”, he said.

“We are ready to increase our financial support to Nepal by fifty percent this year”, a beaming Chinese Ambassador disclosed.

Ambassador Guohang once again assured that the Chinese Government and the People of China will help Nepal to protect her independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, if needed and officially approached.

“China will also provide soft loans to invest in Hydropower, Airport and Road network development of Nepal”, he said.

Mr. Madan Regmi, the Chairman of the Study Centre who is considered as a strong Nepali nationalist (taken as an anti-India man through Indian lens) refuted the Indian accusation that the China Study Centre were being used by the Chinese regime to spy on India.

So this should mean that if Rakesh Sood can visit Mustang and influence the locales there then the Chinese envoy too could approach close to the Indian border and authoritatively laud the role of the Nepal China Centers in cementing the Nepal-India-China ties.

Analysts opine that this could be the beginning of the beginning.

Much remains in the pipeline from both the sides, observers presume

Once railway line will be built between China and Nepal, we should build a great wall of Nepal in our southern border. 95% of the criminal activities will be resolved. Sood is the biggest culprit RAW agent destroying our relation...He was a failure in Afghanistan and he is a failure Ambassador to Nepal as well..We should kick him out of the country. We should stop taking assistance from these blood sucker Indians..They will give with one hand and take it back with 10 hands.

Ya, thats the truth. Nepal should really change the way it has been so much loyal, intimidated and dependent to India who on the other hand interfere with our territorial, sovereign and independent rights.

India can never have a good relationship with any country. The reason is the moment they depict progress in any area, they want to dictate and interfere in other country's business. Look at China, it is far ahead of India but does not interfere in our business or any other country's business. Nepal has to adopt a shrewd tactics with India.
