RPP-N to submit 2 Million Signature at Nepal CA, demands plebiscite

TGW

The Rastriya Prajatanra Party- Nepal has once again demanded plebiscite over the contentious issues of Hindu State, Monarchy and Federalism.

The RPP is preparing to hand over 2 million signatures collected from throughout the country to the Chairman of the Constituent Assembly demanding referendum over the issues of Hindu State, Monarchy and Federalism.

The RPP-Nepal had organized a press conference in the Capital on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, declaring that the signature campaign had come to an end now.

The signature campaign was obstructed by the erratic cadres of the Maoists, UML and the Nepali Congress in several places throughout the country, to recall.

The collection of signatures will be handed over to the Constituent Assembly on September 18, 2009, by the Party Chairman Mr. Kamal Thapa.

Mr. Thapa and his party are the lone crusader for the revival of the Royal Institution in Nepal.

TO ALL THOSE WHO THINK THAT 90 % OF NEPLESE PEOPLE ARE AGAINST THE MONARCHY. SO WHY ARE YOU SO SCARED TO TO DO A REFERENDUM? BECAUSE YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THE CONSIQUENCES IS GOING TO BE.

Dear Ritu, Out of that population, there are babies too who do not vote. And also remember that monarchy supporters abroad have not voted. And the biggest factor is Maoists thread. Didnt you read how Maoists thrashed and chased away the people of this signature campaign in many areas? Out mother land has a rich and unique history. Maoists wants to bring in an Alien Nepal. They will destroy our history and nationality. Maoists leaders should immediately be arrested and put behind bars. They are too dangerous for nationality.

Dear nepali brothers and sisters, this is the reason why we want to go to refrendum to take a firm decision on the two points 1.Monarchy and 2.Hindu state. I think if someone is so much sure for any adverse decision from the people then should not be hesitant and afraid in going for refrendum.Let us do that and close the dispute for ever. These are vital questions for a life of a country and in no way it is justifiable to take a decision by a few elected and nominated representatives who have entered to parliament in a dismayed situation in country. Please understand it seriously and we all settle the problem for ever and we all be engaged in reconstruction of our motherland.jai nepal mata.

Rana is not quite right to say 90% are Hindus as it is around 80%. It's right to have a national plebiscite on the matter of Monarchy, Reliogion and Federalism. It should be the people to decide directly and NOT the parliament through Referendum. Parties must be banned from canvassing in a Plebiscite--- and that is the real deiffrence between refeendum and plebiscite whihc needs to be undrstood by Neplaese lawyers and politicians

To slove the crisis political and social and so on in Nepal public verdict is the only way. That is why Kamal thapa's effort should materialize in Nepal. In this way political party should see positive.

i agree with Rana. Majority of nepalis and hindus of Nepal if given the real freedom to choose, they all will support monarchy. MAoists used tricks and lies to declare Nepal secular and bring in their dirty politics. We love our hindu identi.ty and our Monarchy and we want it back. These traitors Maoists will destroy our history and our nation someday. I find it amazing that people like Smile and Rabi still love these Maoists. The fact is only Nepal Army and Monarchy can save mother Nepal now. Kill these MAoists hooligans one by one. I request Nepal Army to do a coup ASAP and declare martial law in Nepal for few years. And return us our beloved motherland back.

Maoists have no support from India this time. So no tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner in Noida for Brahmin gangsters Prachanda and Baburam to kill innocent people just for obsolete ideology.Mao gangsters were in power for 10months but did not implement even one of the points of 40 point programme but once after power they are asking for 45 point programmae. So when out of power these gangster will always create troubles. But the fact is they can,t capture the state. This time PLA and YCL will be wiped. PLA and YCL do not move near Indian border as there is grand plan by Indian security agencies to teach you a lesson.King is bound to make a comeback. LTTE and Prabhakaran are history similar will be Prachanda and Baburam +PLA and YCL.A new history is in the making through reemergence of monarchy.

DEAR RANA, I don't know how often you study the history but isn't it your foolishness to call 90% Nepali. The truth there is no any per centage of this matter. So, don't make ridiculous comments to show your inferiority. And always keep in mind that, " Samay aauchha parkhadaina, bageko nadi farkadaina."

Commented by Rabi - September 17, 2009 @ 1:48 AM
