Constitution Delay may revive Monarchy in Nepal: Bam Dev

TGW

Bam Dev Gautam, a Maoist Friendly United Marxist Leninists’ vice-chairman is of the opinion that the penetration of the Rightists ideology is overpowering the Communist Ideology in the namesake communist party, UML.

Mr. Gautam addressing a UML party district meet, 10th District General Assembly, organized in Lamahi, Dang district, September 11, 2009, however ridiculed the claim that he was a Maoists’ friendly UML leader.

“I am not Maoists’ friendly…but I utter truth and that is always bitter”, he added.

He also favored Communist Unity when he said, the new constitution must be made a pro-poor one, for which there is the urgent need to unite with the Communists but not with the Rightists.

Mr. Gautam revealed that to overcome the intrusion of the Rightists’ trend in the UML, an inner party struggle was necessary to restore pro-proletariat and workers friendly ideology in the party.

“Continued wrangling between the parties will make sure that the country will not get the Constitution on time, the responsibility for the failure will be that of the UML as it is currently leading the government”, he said adding, “In that eventuality, the country will be ruled by the Feudal, Rightists and the Imperialists.”

He also told the party cadres that the revival of monarchy was also possible, if the constitution was not drafted on time.

To save the country from plunging into yet another civil war, the Maoists’ must not be alienated rather brought into the politics of consensus.

You kukur ko mukh kina kasaile bandh nagareko? This dog has still not come into his senses. This country is not his "Bau ko sampati". Crooks like Bamdev have tried to dissuade the real nationalist by branding them as " Samanti badh" . These are the very people who have take the country to the dogs. These commies and their incompetent comrades need to be taught a lesson of their life by the Nepalese. People have woken up to their threats , intimidation and false promises and lies. Monarchy must be revived at any cost ...for the sake of Nepal and its people.

Mr. Bamdev Gautam you had said “I am not Maoist friendly…but I utter TRUTH and that is always BITTER” Aren’t these your words? History has proved that all the bahun leaders of this country are not loyal towards this Nation. Haven’t they already proved themselves that they are quislings and are slaves of Governor General Sood? We have heard your visionary utterances, many times since 2046. Isn’t your passion for power is nothing but only for corruption? What you people have achieved in these two long decades of power sharing? Only you people have become “pakhe dhani”. Trefoil politics has proved that all the bahun leaders of so called three big parties are crazy for power. Haven’t you all proved yourselves that you leaders are uncensored immoral by history? The vulnerable situation of the country, lawlessness, skyrocketing prices and deterioting economic conditions are due to the vision less governance and we are going to be a failed Nation. We are run by the whims of GP Koirala, Prachanda, Makune + you & Jhalanath baje. People will ask and you all will be held accountable for all the sins your class has committed against this Nation. Why did you all grant 4.5 million citizenship to the non-Nepalese and are totally acting like an Indian agent & servant from every standpoint? Why do you fail to recognize that a under secretary ranked Mr. Sood (Indian ambassador) is familiar to order and dictate all Nepalese PM’s in internal and external affairs and you are still trying to prove by your imaginative utterances that king is coming back? The present leadership in all the major parties are shady visionless and pessimistic people (baje haru), which is proved and tested by the time and history of two decades. We are fed up with the leadership of your grade who proved themselves that they are brainless group who couldn’t even see the present chaotic condition of the Nation and its people. Will you answer who should be accountable for the present situation of the country when there is no king? Why are you people ruining the country and in whose interest and what for?

The contribution monarchical institution was not an ordinary. If PN Shah was not existed in Nepal or if he was not unified Nepal how it possible New Nepal political leaders could raise their head. In any circumstances we people should respect and restablish the monarchical institution in only basis of religious and cultural aspects. In my opinion every political personality has enoguh space to survive in Nepal. That is why 240 year old monarchical instituion should be survived in coming constitution.

Pashupati Shumser Rana , Chairman, Rastriya Prajatantra Party
Political polarization is not there as yet. To remind you, the Maoists have come only after a people’s war but not the rest of the political parties. It could be this factor which may have brought or to come to surface certain differences with the Maoists over some political issues. More..
