No impeachment move against Nepal Prez Yadav: Dr. Bhattarai

TGW

While the party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is in a mood to personally attack President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, party deputy Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai opines that the party is not in favor of impeaching the president and invite further constitutional crises.

Dr. Bhattarai addressing a mass meet in Gaighat of Udaypur district said on Sunday September 6, 2009, that his party does not want to remove the President which will further push the country towards constitutional crisis.

Dr. Bhattarai opined that President Yadav’s move on the Katawal Episode was completely unconstitutional.

“The UML and the Nepali Congress have committed historical blunder by supporting the president”, Bhattarai also said.

“There is the conspiracy to push the Maoists to re-take-up arms, however, we will make those conspiracies a failure”, said Janardan Sharma Prabhakar addressing the gathering.
