Indian aggression in Bara and Susta of Nepal

TGW

Nepal’s traditional arm twister neighbor in the South, India, has begun exploiting Nepal’s fluid political situation to its benefit.

While Nepal’s selfish political actors are involved in a never ending game of mud slinging at each other over the formation of the next government, the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) have uprooted 103 Border Demarcation Pillars (Jungey Stambh) and taken the pillars under their control, along the Nepal India border in Bara District.

Border Pillar Numbers from 358/4 to 389/1 in Matiharwa, Basantapur, Southern Jhitkaiya, Badkai Fulbariya, Kabahigod Bagahi, Hardiya, Pakadiya, Beldari, Piparpati, Bisunpur, Armatgunj, Solagunj, and Kachorba VDCs of Bara have been gulped by the BSF.

Similarly, in Susta, the Indian BSF has begun threatening Nepali citizens, says Gopal Gurung of the Save Susta Campaign.

IF maoists can't solve the existing bulling tendency of Mitra rastra ,then be sure for ever no other will dare to solve this .History is proof.Though they are communist ,maoists or whatever we say only they have the moral to chase these exotic mites .I had never heard before maoist saying, that how mitra rastra was or is .....Never from anyone exclaming openly.Though they are with enormous shortcomings ,only they can make it happen.Or in the long run real nationalist may comeforth with this agenda but the time when they emerge, map of Nepal will not be visible to the coming generation. Its bitter but is truth.

Where is Katuwal and Yadav? Isn't our entity in danger? Indian puppet Ramvaran Yadav, now time has come to use your power.

This is expected. When there is trouble in a family, it is the negihbours who are laughing and taking advantage. This border problem can be easily solved if there is a political agreement in Nepal. But greedy politicians will never think above themselves. We need to take an iron fist with india, which is but a paper tiger. We need heavy Nepal army presence along the Nepal-India border with latest weaponry. But there is no unity in Nepalis anymore, hence this sad situation. We need patriots to run the country not political goons.

Is Gopal Gurung of the Save Susta Campaign a Maost? Whenever Maoist politic need distraction this issue seems to emerge. Until last week, I wonder Mr. Gurung was parting with his YCL buddies. If not why this issue was completely, under the mat for last eight months. Is this because his god Prachanda was establishing a "Ramrajhaya".

if India really has interest, how many days will India need to capture Nepal and will the international community interfere given that US still has the present govt in their watch list and India is a nuclear-power country with descent international image? Journalists should busy themselves with better things than counting pillars. Residents of some border villages better prefer being Indian than Nepalese if they could as they can avail better facilities.

Nepali political leaders and government are fighting for chair but they have not time to care the boarder issue or they do not know what is the meaning of patrotism that is why India is making everything possible for fufilment of their interest. One day Our political leaders transfer our sovereignty over India like Sikkim. Otherwise why they do not compromise to make this country fruitful. Any way we should think carefully and Different believers could get knowledge and wisdom for protection of Nepal.

News seems too exagerated. Border pillars on many streches are hard to maintain as they are washed away by natural forces. If Nepal really looks at it as Indian aggression, I think they are making mountain out of mole.
