Nepal Koshi Flood: No early traffic resumption
Nepal Government officials made it clear to the parties represented in the Constituent Assembly that unless the flow of water decreased naturally or the damaged parts of the Koshi embankments were repaired at the earliest installing Belly Bridges at various locations along the ruptured highways was impossible.
