Taking the advantage of the weaknesses of Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist, the Unified Maoists party is well on the course as per their plans to capture the state in its entirety.
Grand realization.
“The NC and UML’s lust for power is being exploited by the Maoists to the hilt. They are offering the post of the prime minister to both the parties. The idea is to keep both the parties engaged in the prime ministerial race so as to continue ruling the country and finally capturing the state,” said Chairman of RPP-Nepal Kamal Thapa.
Thapa made this remark while talking to the press men at a meet organized by the party in Hetauda of Makwanpur district, October 20, 2012.
“The NC and UML have great desire to lead the election government. The Unified Maoists to wants to continue the same government until election is held,” he added.
“The three major parties basically fear the election results. They are certain that the voting pattern could catapult their political strength to what they claim now.”
Thapa nevertheless, made an interesting disclosure, “The president is planning to form an election government led by people with non-political background.”
Does the president have the constitutional rights and the needed courage to take such step, question critics?
He then is highly likely to face a music unheard so far.
