Nepal: Nepali Congress prefers fresh election says Sushil Koirala

“It is up to him to decide what sort of role he plays as a guardian of the country and protector of the constitution however, it is imperative for him to save the country from becoming a failed nation,” said President Sushil Koirala of Nepali Congress of President Ram Baran Yadav.

Indirectly pumping the President?

Sushil was talking to media men in Nepalgunj, October 14, 2012.

“Lack of confidence between political parties is obstructing the process of consensus”, said a frustrated Sushil while addressing a Press Meet organized by the local Press Union.

“The political parties need to the serious in their responsibilities towards the country, countrymen and the norms of a democratic order.”

He did not however, criticize the Unified Maoists. Appears to have tired enough.

“The Nepali Congress is in favor of fresh election. The party will soon officially make our stand clear. It is insignificant who assumes what sort of role in the future,” he also said.
