Nepal: New CA poll under Neutral person, Yadav forwards radiant plan

Telegraph Nepal

Upendra Yadav, the Chairman of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum generally talks sense.
People wish to listen to his wise counsels.

While talking to local media men in Nawalpur, Sarlahi district, October 13, 2012, Yadav stressed the need that there was no alternative other than to embrace a fresh poll if the nation is to come out from the continuing political dead lock.

He even went one step further and suggested that if the parties fail to forge consensus amongst them then a new government should be formed under the command of what he called a “Neutral” personality.

It would be this neutral personality who should conduct the fresh poll for the new CA, Upendra Yadav pushed his new formulae.

Political scientists of international fame ridicule the notion that a human being can remain ever neutral as such?

He surprised many a brains when he said to the media that the “talk of the revival of the now dead CA body was nothing but a ploy of the major political parties to bounce back to power but not for drafting the constitution”.

Hitting the nail right on the head.

According to Yadav, revival of the CA would tantamount to the attack on people’s sovereign voting rights.

He at least remembers his voters.
