Prachanda and Baburam are traitors because on the one hand they forced innocent civilians to take-up arms and on the other they made series of anti-national agreements with India.
These are the words of Nepal Communist Party-Maoist secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’.
Bipalv, as per reports is heading a soon to be formed military wing of the party. He presently heads party’s “Janasewak Bureau”.
Addressing the first formal meet of Janasewak Bureau-Abadh Chapter, in Butwal of Rupandehi district, October 4, 2012, he made these vitriolic allegations.
Prachanda and Baburam have signed lot more anti-national treaties than what Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist had signed while being in government, he declared.
List of damage caused to the nation compared perhaps.
“They not only surrendered themselves before their Bideshi Prabhu (foreign god) but they have also committed crimes against the innocent civilians of the country by conspiring to dissolve the constituent assembly and surrendering the Peoples’ Liberation Army”, claimed Chand.
To recall, reports had it that Nepal Communist Party-Maoist led by Chairman Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ in an informal manner is giving shape to a military structure within the party.
Outwardly though the unit is being named ‘Janasewak Bureau’ but efforts are underway to equip the party with a military outfit, reports Kantipur Daily quoting high placed party sources.
The in charge of the military unit according to the report is the ‘Biplav’ who is considered very close to China.
One “backing force” is needed.
