Nepal: Sujata appeals media, write against foreign intrusion

Telegraph Nepal

The Nepali Congress leader, Ms. Sujata Koirala not only urged media men to properly raise and also deal issues of national interests seriously but she also revealed that she is taken aback in the manner foreign interference has increased in the country.

Thanks for delayed realization.

“None of our leaders including the government utter a single word against growing foreign interference in our internal matters,” she said this but did not reveal which force on earth is interfering?

Thankfully, the Nepali Congress leaders do not take India’s nose poking in Nepal affairs as external interference. She may have been talking of other countries.

She also noted that undemocratic forces within the country are trying their best to annihilate the Nepali Congress party.

She appears to have already read the piece by Communist leader Bharat Dahal penned in Nepal Magazine very freshly.

Our rift within is helping outsiders to conspire against us, remarked Koirala and continued, sadly our leaders have failed to understand the conspiracies going around us.

She made these remarks while addressing a program in Katari of Udhaypur, October 1, 2012.

Dr. Shashank Koirala too is making similar remarks these days.
