  • The political parties are doing all they can to disrupt the former King's visit because they are scared the Nepali people will re-instate monarchy and they will be helpless. If they had done a good job, they would surely not be this frightened. The political leaders need to be put behind bars charging them with going against the sentiments of the common people and enjoying state facilities without any result. The former King has all the rights to go and mingle with people anywhere and everywhere. He is living as a common citizen and he should enjoy the rights that every Nepali enjoys. If the political leaders, run to New Delhi for every damn thing, why can't the former King be allowed to travel within his own country? The people should have the right to choose who they want as a leader and as a Head of the Nation, not force them like the Maoists do.
