Nepal President term ended with CA death: Finance Minister Pun

Finance Minister Barsa Man Pun ‘Ananta’ claims that constitutionally Ram Baran Yadav’s term as the president of the country has ended with the end of constituent assembly, May 28, 2012.

He spoke this in Dharan.

But what of the PM post then? Now the ball has been set rolling.

He said the issue shall be forcefully raised by Unified Maoists party, if parties of the sort of Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist pressurize the president to sack Prime Minister and keep on demanding his resignation.

Signal to the President not to exceed his constitutional limits or….music.

“As per the interim constitution, the term of CA ended May 28.

Dr. Ram Baran was also elected president of the country through the same CA. Thus he has also become unconstitutional as his term has already ended.”

Talks as if he represents Nepal’s apex court.

He suggested the opposition parties to concentrate on forging consensus between parties rather than demanding Prime Minister Baburam’s resignation.

Preparations appear to have already begun to "face" in case the President axes Nepal PM summarily. Free thrilling drama in the pipeline.

Thus he has also become unconstitutional as his term has already ended.” And what about your kam chalau cabinet it came from hell, India or china. Did you forget where you came from. This is why you all are cheat thug and liar. One who lives in a glass house should not throw stone at other. Better best mend your ways. Resign and let nepal leap forward by forming concensus government. This is best for you all else you all with perish in dust soon.
