The Unified Maoists’ Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal ‘Prachanda’ and Vice Chairman and Prime Minister Baburam are themselves reactionaries.
So claimed Chairman Mohan Baidya Kiran of Nepal Communist Party-Maoist while addressing a press meet at Janakpur Airport, August 19, 2012.
Baidya also labeled the freshly formed alliance between the ruling parties “federal democratic republican alliance” as an ‘unholy alliance.’
“The alliance is Prachanda’s fresh conspiracy to prolong the term of present government,” claimed Baidya.
“The alliance will make no positive impact rather it will further deteriorate the fluid political situation,” he also commented.
“The Unified Maoists, Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist are power centric parties. It is because of their nonchalant acts the constituent assembly died an unnatural death”.
“An all-party government is the only solution to the present deadlock. We could also become a part of such a government,” he claimed.
PS: Rumors have it that Mohan Baidya recently sent one of his intimate party colleagues as emissary to Delhi in order to convince the authorities there that they were not anti-Indian political entity.
NOIDA history is likely to repeat shortly. When the beginning is bad, the end must be a chaotic one.
