Nepal needs roundtable conference, NC govt unacceptable: Gajurel

A day after ruling parties including Unified Maoists and Madhesi parties, made public their agenda for the formation of what they call ‘Federal Democratic Alliance’, the newly formed Nepal Communist Party-Maoist gave a shape to yet another similar alliance.

The alliance is called as “Nepal Federal Peoples’ Republican Alliance.’

So, informed party’s vice chairman C.P. Gajurel at a press meet in Kathmandu, August 10, 2012.

Led by NCP-Maoist the alliance consists of NCP-Unified, Revolutionary Communist Party, Tamsaling Nepal National Party, Tharu Mukti Sangram Party and others.

Addressing the Press Meet said Gajurel, “Whether it is the alliance between ruling parties or that of Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist none of them will prove to be fruitful. “They have already failed”, announced gajurel.

Gajurel further said, “The only way out to resolve present constitutional and political deadlock is a round table conference between major stakeholders. The alliance will not stop until the caretaker prime minister is thrown out of office.”

Gajural also claimed that his party will not also accept a government led by Nepali Congress because the party is a proven failed one.

Yet another snag in the pipeline.

  • Most of top political leaders are playing the drama about federal states. Who would like to make the allies first they should demonstrate themselves for esample, Pm Bhattaria should resign and his position should handover to Dalit as well Puspakamal Dahal, Jhalnath, Sushil Koirala and Madheshi allies should handover their postion to Dalits then talk federal states otherwise we are playing political drama.When we leaders should give up your positions then people need federal states. Otherwise Baburam talking ethnic based federal states why you are master of this country. You top political leaders are gready. Even they do not know or do not want when Nepal was independent such kind of top political leaders cannot make this country in good track. One interesting thing Maoists party is investing the property for their party leaders if they are really democractic they should handover the case to Nepali government otherwise otherwise everything goes mess. But we people hope they will resign immediately and creat the new environment.
