According to United Marxist Leninist Chairman Jhalanath the country is presently reeling under severe constitutional crisis and thus he claimed the reason behind such a crisis is the November election unconstitutionally declared by the Maoists led government.
“The election declared by the government has invited severe constitutional crisis,” he said while addressing a program organized at the party headquarters in Balku, Kathmandu, July 24, 2012.
“In few days posts of election commissioner and Supreme Court justices will become vacant, which will also add to the present instability,” he continued.
“I have heard that the government is preparing to postpone the election date. It is absolutely irrelevant whether the government postpones or hold election on the declare date”.
However, he said fresh mandate is the only alternative but that should be done holding consensus with the political parties.
Talkative creatures.
