Nepal Parties wish to use President for their interests: VP Jha

Telegraph Nepal

Nepal’s controversial Vice President Parmananda Jha speaks bitter but true.

VP Jha was in Bandipur of Tanahu, July 18, 2012 where talking to local media persons he claimed that some of the parties were unnecessarily provoking the President.

“They want to use the president to meet their political interests”, claimed Jha.

“I am hopeful the President will always limit himself within the constitutional stipulations and will not take any illegal decisions.”

Jha is a former Justice.

Jha also claimed that for the last four years political parties played with the minds of the people, they eventually failed to draft the constitution and thus the Constituent Assembly was dissolved.

It was dissolved or died?

Presently their popularity has touched the lowest point, he concluded.
