Sushil’s abhorrence against sidelined Nepal Monarchy? Main actor missing

Telegraph Nepal

President Sushil Koirala of Nepali Congress has said that Maoists’ plot to capture the state and ultimately impose a dictatorial rule in the country will never succeed.

Koirala made these remarks upon meeting Chairman of Nepal Majdoor Kisan Party Narayan Man Bijukche ‘Rohit’, May 31, 2012.

The meeting between the two leaders took place at Bijukche’s private residence in Bhaktapur.

Koirala also opined, reports have it, that the Maoists will ultimately have fate akin to Nepal’s sidelined King Gyanendra.

“If the Maoists do not correct their unconstitutional and illegal acts they will have their fate akin to Gyanendra”, said Koirala.

Koirala’s abhorrence against the now sidelined institution of monarchy and its last representative, claim analysts, is sickening simply because with monarchy gone and under Koiralas’ failed leadership, the Nepali Congress has simply turned into a tail of the communist parties.

Sushil also told Bijucke that constituent assembly election declared by Maoists’ government is illegal and unconstitutional one and if the Maoists do not come to terms with the democratic order the public will throw the Maoists out of government.

“Rana, Panchayat and Gyanendra’s repressive regimes too had to bow down to the peoples’ power,” reminded Koirala.

The meeting lasted for over an hour, it is also reported.

Bijuckche however, told Koirala that the Maoists with the support of India and western countries had dissolved the constituent assembly.

What makes Koirala so sure in claiming that his party dismantled Nepal’s Royal institution?

Did his party sideline King Gyanendra? Innocent of dishonest? Where is the main actor? History must not be distorted.

In this way Maoists got golden opportunity than in globe. You UML and Congress party top leaders were creating this country chaos. Otherwise big Nepal or unified Nepal was created by the great King PN Shah. you political leaders even celeberate the independent day.In this way most of top political leaders need the political lesson from Prachand. Prachand is the hero of Nepal all of 0 in Nepali politics. We people have compulsion to suffer by cause of so-called top political leaders of Nepal.
