Nepal CA body has new Charter, imported or home made?

If reports are to be believed then the Constituent Assembly secretariat is all prepared with the new constitution of Nepal.

The Constitution with 36 sections and 311 clauses is the preliminary draft that comprises of only those points that the parties have managed a consensus.

“The CA secretariat had completed the draft by May 26, 2012 evening”, reports the Rajdhani Daily.

“If the parties so desire, the CA secretariat is ready with the new constitution”, source add.

There are total 138 pages in the constitution, reports Rajdhani.

Imported or Nepal made? Isn’t it a miracle?

  • How ridiculous! The drafting and approving constitution is not the same matter as how CA members approved extension of their CA tenure by 11th hour even after crossing the midnight. The draft of the constitution should be brought to the public for reviewing as public have prior rights to know how the nation's constitution look like. Now, who is going to believe and accept that kind of constitution which is neither complete ever after 4 years of CA term and nor it may have accommodated all public's sentiment. This is just a fraud and simply a copy of those ineligible and incapable anti national leader,s agendas and just to save themselves from public wrath. Bas*t*e*r*s.

  • Imported or home made nepal did not get the constitution even after paying 9 NINE ARBA. Had this amount be distributed to nepalese rather than these crooks 601 every nepali would have been a owner of Jersey or Holstaing cow to have financial resource and health of child... a non excusable and non bearable event for all nepalese. Common rise on to your feet to do the needfull to these 601 useless rascals..

  • if dispuit to name the pradesh it will be wise where as 14 zones are existed in Nepal. How many Pradesh 601 CA mebmers would like to form then those metntioned name will be good. for example, if we put Bagamati Pradhesh existed district could affliated. More than 10 decades Maoists created the so-called peoples' war and more than 13 thousands people got killed if Maoists and Madhesh based party would like to ethnic based province name and so on. it will be sooner or latter people face the domestic war. We people need develpment of the country and prosperity of people. If economic parameter promulagated there will be no problem but 601 monkey style CA members would like to enjoy the nationa coffert and making the empity of national wealth for political parties leaders' interestIt is very sad aspects. Our so-called top political leaders have no consciousness about death.

  • 1990 constitution comes back after midnight. How can a constitution which has not been debated upton and not had a referendum of Nepali people...be imposed on Nepal people...specially in this age and period.
