Incomplete Nepal Charter likely, CA tenure to be extended: Badal

General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ of Unified Maoists’ Party has disclosed that leaders of major three parties including Madhesi Alliance have begun mulling ways to extend constituent assembly term.

He disclosed that the parties have come to the conclusion that an incomplete constitution should be promulgated on May 28 and within three months extended deadline a full constitution shall be brought in.

He made these remarks while talking to media men in Khadbari of Sankhuwasabha district.

Thapa had arrived in Khadbari to address a mass meet, Sunday May 13, 2012.
