Telegraph NepalNepal’s failed jocular political actors representing three largest political parties respectively Unified Maoists, Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist Parties, if reports are to be believed, are nearing a deal to form 11 federal states with the federal capital at Chitwan.
The three parties and Madhesi Alliance held several rounds of discussion at the Constituent Assembly premises on Friday May 11, 2012.
As per reports, Unified Democratic Madhesi Alliance has rejected the proposal.
