Maoists submitted arms under expected threat: Mr. Nepal

Senior United Marxist Leninist leader Madhav Kumar Nepal claims that the Unified Maoists’ Party had to finally handover the militias to the Nepal Army because the party leaders feared that eventually they could become their targets.

“The Unified Maoists’ Party leaders feared that militias could point their guns towards their own leaders”, claimed Nepal while addressing a program in Kathmandu, Friday April 13, 2012.

To recall, a terrified Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal of Unified Maoists had himself accepted that the arms could be misused.

“It is likely that the arms could be misused. It is confirmed that the arms could be pointed towards you and me. Let us hand them over to the Army,” a terrified Dahal told at the Special Committee meeting. He added, “Please do not take this as our weakness.”

Mr. Nepal however claimed that, “Though majority of militia wanted to take voluntary retirement Chairman Dahal and Prime Minister Baburam forced them to join the Army.”

He also alleged that Prachanda and Baburam are delaying the voluntary retirement of Maoists’ militia.

• Maoists submitted arms under expected threat: Mr. Nepal. yes Mr Nepal and this fear is going to haunt them life long. Let them too have a clear first hand taste of living in fear as nepalese people did the past 10 years. We wish to see the dying being killed fear in their eyes and face to cook down the soul of 17000. They think now by injecting ladaku to army their way is clear. Fools of century they are making their enemy ladaku more equipped armed, fearless and capable to Safai them by putting them in army in days to come. lets see the fun Now it is janta turn to see they tortured... the butchers of nepal....
