Nepal to split if One Madhesh demand is accepted: Chitra K. C

According to Chairman Citra Bahadur K.C. of Rastriya Janamoarcha-Nepal that the demand for ‘One Madhesh One Province’ has been raised with the objective to eventually split Madhesh from the nation-state.

Million dollar revelation indeed if it is a correct assessment.

Mr. K.C, at an interaction program held in Kathmandu, April 9, 2012, also opined that the general population are not in favour of creating states and allowing the country to slowly embrace disintegration.

“If the demand for autonomous Madhesh is met with, will eventually split southern Tarai belt from the country”, viewed K.C.

K.C directly alleged Madhesi parties for conspiring to split the country and to merge the split portion into the Indian union eventually.

“It is our responsibility to timely warn the parties of the upcoming threat. If federalism is not timely rejected may invite catastrophe for the country”, he held.

The Rastriya Janmoarcha had called for a Bagmati Zone Closure, April 9, 2012.
