Nepal Maoist hardliner panel stance similar to royalists: Raymajhi

The Unified Maoist’s party leader Top Bahadur Rayamajhi is hundred percent certain that his party’s hardliner panel led by Mohan Baidya Kiran has clandestine links with the local royalists.

Obviously, Rayamajhi is a prominent member of the pro-India panel led by Prime Minister Baburam in the revolutionary Unified Maoists’ Party.

A tainted man sees others as painted ones.

According to Rayamajhi, Kamal Thapa of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal, Chitra Bahadur K.C. of Rastriya Janamoracha, communist leader Mohan Bikram Singh and Senior Vice Chairman Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ are working under the direct supervision of the royalists.

Thanks he did not mention former King Gyanendra.

“Their activities are counter-revolutionary and reactionary,” he added at an interaction program held in Kathmandu, April 9, 2012.

NOIDA versus nationalists.

“The Kiran panel might have been advocating federalism outwardly but in essence, the panel is not in favour of federalism”, opined Rayamaji and added, “The RPP-Nepal, Rastriya Janamorcha, Mohan Bikram and Baidya Ji have adopted similar policies that is much closer to the stances acquired by the royalist camp.”

If Rayamajhi’s utterances are true then the so-called ‘reactionaries’ are getting stronger. So sad! By extension, it should also mean that Mohan Baidya. Chitra K. C and Mohan Bikram now have begun representing the former Royalist camp? Great jump indeed.

“They played no role whatsoever in the Janaandolan and the changes thereafter,” Rayamajhi claimed.

But isn’t it that there was no role to play? India played the entire role thereafter.  

How will C.P. Gajurel react to this somewhat humiliating allegations on his “nationalist” panel will have to be watched carefully, claim analysts and add, perhaps Gajurel will also reveal which extraneous forces on earth was primarily behind the so-called peoples’ uprising that eventually brought Baburam to the prime ministerial seat.
