Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, according to Senior Vice Chairman Mohan Baidya Kiran and General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa, by alleging them of trying to split the party has been instead trying to frighten them and that they will strongly retaliate against Dahal’s fresh tactic.
“There is no alternative to register strong resistance in order to save party’s revolutionary ideology”, said the two in a joint statement issued April 3, 2012 adding, “The Chairman is trying to scare us. This has exposed his high-handedness and disrespect to the existing two-line struggle in the party.”
Alleging both Dahal and Prime Minister Baburam of being extreme rightists and opportunists, the two prominent leaders claim, “The rightist-revisionists and opportunists have been hurling allegations against the revolutionary Marxists of being chaotic.”
They have also said that for the sake of forming the government, Dahal-Baburam had signed the four point anti-national deal with the Madhesi alliance, inked BIPPA deal and freshly made commitments towards awarding Koshi High Dam and Pancheshwar Project to India.
