It has been proven that major parties Nepali Congress, United Marxist Leninist, Unified Maoists and Madhesh centric parties have failed both individually and collectively, said Kamal Thapa while addressing a program in Kathmandu, April 1, 2012, and suggested the ‘failed parties’ to publicly apologize for the mistakes they have committed in the recent years.
In order to safeguard and preserve national independence, all the parties must unite and correct the blunders they have made in all these years.
Mr. Thapa was also of the view that under no circumstances could the major parties draft the constitution on time.
The District level training program was organized by the Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal in Kathmandu.
The party leader of parliamentary delegation, Chandra B. Gurung said that the RPP mantra was liberalism, democracy and nationalism.
He said that the major parties have drained he national exchequer by extending the Constituent Assembly term every six months.
