Nepal Rightists may Capture State: UML leader Oli

The so-called influential United Marxist Leninist leader K.P. Sharma Oli claims that failure to draft the constitution within the stipulated deadline will be fatal to the country.

Oli has come to his senses or someone near has whispered?

According to Oli, not only the revolutionary achievements will go to the dogs but the rightists will capture the state in that eventuality.

“The Maoists have been prolonging the peace process under various flimsy pretexts” he said and added, “The May 27 deadline is knocking our doors. Failure to draft the constitution within that deadline will facilitate the Rightists to capture the state.”  

He was also of the view that not even the former King will re-grab state powers but it will be someone else. Who then? From NOIDA again?

By the way, the Maoists perceive Mr. Oli as an extreme rightist.

Oli in the course of his speech in Khadbari of Sankhusabha district, March 21, 2012, said of the largest party in the defunct constituent assembly, Unified Maoists, “They might have joined the peace process and won the election but the Maoists are continuing looting the nation.”

“The Unified Maoists is the party of the looters”, so said Oli.  

“If Oli so believes it must be true”, claim critics because Oli was with the King during the so called second Uprising.

“They continue to threaten and loot the common men”, Oli claimed and added, “Not only have the common men been looted but the party leaders even loot their cadres.”

The wearer knows where the shoe pinches. Ask the rejected but effectively used Maoists Militias.

“Neither they abide by the regulations nor they are good at making rules,” he concluded.
