Withdraw money allocation to jr. Dahal, Students warn Nepal PM

The youth factions of Nepali Congress and United Marxist Leninist Parties that are hand-in-glove with all the ugly misdeeds of their party seniors have threatened to make fate of Prakash Dahal-son of Pushpa Kamal Dahal akin to Nepal’s former Crown Prince Paras Shah.

The Yuva Sangh Nepal, a Student Union affiliated with the UML had organized a press meet in Kathmandu, March 17, 2012.

Whereas the party senior leaders threaten each other of making their fate akin to Nepal’s former King Gyanendra Shah, the erratic youth affiliates of the parties have drawn a parallel to former Crown Prince Parash Shah.

Consumption of hard drinks perhaps brings both the new and old Crown Prince together.

Paras Shah though has belatedly admitted that he at times exceeded his duties.

Anyway, Nepalese now have a new Crown Prince at least.

The youth wings have also served a 24 hours ultimatum to the government to withdraw the decision of providing Rs 20 million from state coffers to an Everest expedition, which is led by Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s “illustrious” son Prakash Dahal.

The Nepal Student Union affiliated with the Nepali Congress and student wing of the UML burnt effigies of Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai.

Burning of the effigy season begins with the announcement of pre-monsoon period.  

“Prachanda Chor Desh Chod…Baburam Chor Desh Chod”, the students also chanted slogans like this in the streets of Kathmandu.

Similar slogans used to be heard against Nepal’s former King Gyanendra Shah and his son Parash at the time of historical Peoples’ Uprising Part-II.

Yesta pani jana neta. garib ka neta. nepali ko futeko bhagya.... Aru ke ra. Lootera lai sasan ko baagdor diye pachi yestai ho.... 17000 janta ko butcher kashai is now showing his aslai rup...
