India’s dog-diplomacy terrify Nepali population along border

Telegraph Nepal

India’s cruel Armed Border Force ‘Sashastra Seema Bal’, SSB, has found a new way to terrorize Nepali population living along the border with India.

“Formerly they used to enter Nepali territory freely and thrash innocent Nepali citizens to death, loot our properties and misbehave with our women”, says a local in Joubari VDC in Ilam District and adds, “In addition, they have begun now sending trained dogs to terrorize us when the night falls.”

The dogs have already killed 23 goats in Joubari VDC in a month time.

Now India’s dog diplomacy begins. Diplomacy has several dimensions indeed. Could be a new topic for the students of International Relations. Dangerous course indeed.

Claims Bina Gurung, the dogs are trained to capture goats, chicken and other domestic animals.

One fine evening, the dogs may enter Nepal PM’s official residence, let’s hope so.

  • SSB stands for Special Service Bureau not Seema suraksha bal or sashatra seema bal. Please correct this.
