Ethnic Group takes liability for earth shaking Nepal explosion

Telegraph Nepal

Explosion rocked Kathmandu the capital of Nepal – a politically devastated nation, with three innocent deaths and leaving tens injured, February 27, 2011.

The state of security was there for all to see as the blast rocked 30 meters close to Singhdurbar-nation’s so-called most secured government secretariat guarded by thousands of security personnel.

Mind it that just across the road is the Military barrack.

Two innocent citizens were killed on the spot and a person was later declared dead by attending doctors at a government hospital.

A previously unknown outfit ‘United Ethnic Liberation Front’ that made telephone calls at various media outlets took the responsibility for carrying out the explosion.

Bishwa Kranti-a person who claimed to be the spokesperson of the front talking over telephone to Sagarmatha Television took the responsibility of the explosion. The conversation was aired live by the TV channel.

“The explosion is our stern warning to the anti-people government. We would like to declare that we are heading towards a peoples’ revolt. We do not want violence. It is the government that is provoking violence in the country.”

When asked why the front took innocent lives claimed Kranti, “It is Prachanda who is the real killer. He should also be penalized…”

The government led by Nepal’s India trained Prime Minister Baburam while deploring the deadly explosion has formed a committee to investigate the ghastly incident.

History has begun repeating itself. A lesson to all those who initiated the people’s war.

  • Is it necessary for you that in almost all your news/stories, your paper must have some reference to India, even if it is unrelated to your topic of discussion? Why suffer from India-centric fanaticism? What agenda do you have by doing this? Please go out and smell the coffee and see the sunrise and sunset. Shamir
