Be party’s leader but not Sushil’s Nepal Hero: C. P. Gajurel

Telegraph Nepal

Secretary C.P. Gajurel who is known for making piercing remarks every now and then said in Sindhuli, February 1, 2012, that urging Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal of Unified Maoists to become a Hero, the Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala wants Dahal to serve Congress’s political interests.

“Politics and diplomacy go together. Koirala crowning Dahal with a Hero tag is to get his job done through Dahal,” he said and added, “If Chairman Dahal ignores party’s decision he cannot even become a prominent leader of the party let alone being a Koirala’s Hero.”

“It is up to the Chairman to decide whether he wants to become a Nepali Congress leader or a Maoist,” Gajurel forwarded the options before Chairman Dahal.

Koirala’s Hero now resides in a 60 million worth house in Lazimpat. He must take rest now as he has worked hard in NOIDA concrete jungles while being hostile to his own nation during people’s war, if one were to recall. Prachanda is now a fatigued person.

“The issue of state restructuring has become a complex issue now. Two different proposals have been presented by the expert commission. The Nepali Congress is entirely responsible for the complexity because it is not serious in the constitution drafting process. The process is totally stalled and if the present deadlock is to continue the constitution draft is almost impossible”, added Gajurel.

Gajurel also claimed that continuation of present government under Baburam Bhattarai is enough to derail the peace and constitutional processes.

Clear cut theory.
