Upon return from a four day long official trip to New Delhi, a highly overwhelmed Nepal’s Deputy Prime Minister cum Home Minister Bijaya Kumar Gacchedar claimed that Indian Prime Minister Dr. Monmohan Singh will visit Nepal in the month of March 2012.
Gacchedhar visibly looked deeply satisfied with the Indian hospitality in New Delhi when he talked to media men at the Kathmandu international airport.
Pani Poori or Bhel Poori perhaps.
The Indian regime is taken as a magnanimous establishment in Kathmandu for providing equal treatment to both legitimate and even the illegitimate political actors of Nepal as and when they happen to be in New Delhi under various “made” pretexts. The Unified Maoists’ Party leaders thus often recall their Noida days.
Fair treatment to all. India is simply great!
“Prime Minister Singh was confident that Nepal’s political parties will soon complete peace and constitution related tasks and move towards political stability,” Gacchedhar claimed.
“Indian leaders expressed happiness over Chinese Prime Minister’s Nepal visit and the Indian government want Nepal’s relations with China to remain cordial,” claimed the Home Minister.
The Indian pain can thus be understood. With heavy heart.
India has also assured to increase its annual economic assistance to Nepal, informed the Minister.
