Nepal: Declare Persona Non Grata

Nepali diplomats posted abroad were heard of selling Duty-Free Alcohol bottles to some “familiar” local Hotels. One such event had happened in New Delhi during late Girija Raj when one Nepali diplomat was caught red handed while selling the Bottle cartoons at a Five star local hotel, however, thanks Girija Prasad came to his rescue and saved this ugly diplomat from being sent to Tihar jail through the kind courtesy of late Chandra Shekhar-the first man to teach the Nepali leaders on how to cause immense damage to their own nation. Recall the Chaksibari speech which was not only an insulting one but dangerous in content. The stigma of which is still in the hearts of the deaf and dumb Nepalese but yet remain alive and kicking among strong nationalists. The process, unfortunately, continues. Shame on the Nepalese.

This notorious diplomat is, we have been told, still serving some of the Nepali missions abroad. He should have been whipped up right at the Tundikhel but thanks the New Nepal’s Democratic later turned Republican leaders, he is still enjoying the diplomatic post. Let’s presume that he must have still been selling the low cost Alcohol bottles at high prices. Old habits die hard.

Not only Nepali diplomats but mission heads of various countries, for example, posted in Nepal too have been found engaged in unlawful activities and in doing so they not only damage the credentials of the country they represent but also indulge in acts that demand penal actions from their own government(s).

Nepal’s foreign ministry officials knew a one year and a half ago that one particular Ambassador from a neighboring country in South Asia was not only alcoholic but smart also in making sexual advances to the female diplomats posted in Nepal at other similar missions. We at this paper though recognize the Ambassador and the female diplomat who had tentatively been chased by this sex-maniac Ambassador but yet we would refrain from publishing the very good name of the female diplomat considering that such acts may damage her private familial relations in a society wherein we have grown up.

Yet we must appeal the foreign friendly government to immediately recall this particular Ambassador so that no further damage is done to our friendly ties with that South Asian country.

We have been told that this Ambassador is not only smart in advancing sexy proposals as and when he meets some females but also asks for an astronomical amounts for providing free Medical scholarships that his government has been kind enough to provide to this nation on an annual basis. We just remain askance as to how the Nepali female staffs may have worked under this Ambassador for over two years or so? Perhaps remaining ever in a traumatic condition thinking that any moment he can pounce upon them under the spell of imported alcohol.

Great Nepali girls. Our salute to them. Reports have it that an investigation team is soon to land Kathmandu to get the naughty-ugly details of this particular Ambassador.

The list goes long against this Ambassador. He is taken also as the master brain behind keeping under diplomatic protection the one international burglar having familial contacts with one high flying German lady of Nepali origin. This thief hails from the Ambassador’s birth country. This mischievous dacoit is talked to have amassed billions and billions through the abuse of Nepal Telcom international call facilities diversion. When the Nepal police authorities tried to arrest this noted thug of the region, he was allowed to board an Aircraft and thus he left Nepal for good. Thanks Gun salute was denied to this South Asian hoodlum.

It would thus be advisable to the concerned government to immediately arrest this man and held in prison and force him to reveal all the details as to how he cheated a friendly country Nepal. The local police can use third degree techniques to make him to speak the truth. It is highly likely that upon receiving this special police treatment, he could reveal some good Nepali names as well who had assisted this foreign national in cheating Nepal. This man having criminal mindset is also talked to be the one who remained instrumental in insulting this nation through the SUDAN, Darfur scam during late Koirala’s dictatorship.

All in all, the friendly government is modestly advised to take serious note of the Nepali accusations and do the needful that brings both the Ambassador and this naughty foreign national to their original senses which perhaps they could both find in a local prison there. Earlier the better.

By the way, it would also be advisable to the Nepal government as well to collect similar information on the unlawful conducts, if any, were being made by our own diplomats posted abroad because ours too were not that much sacrosanct comparatively speaking. If found guilty they must be rolled back. No mercy on such characterless diplomats.

A team from the concerned country is already in Nepal. We have nothing to interfere in the team’s business. The embassy’s staff perhaps will reveal everything because they are the ones to brave the ad nauseating behavior of this particular diplomat. We wish a happy stay of the team in Nepal.
