Nepal: Khanal seducing President, asks to break silence

If United Marxist Leninist Chairman Jhal Nath Khanal is to be believed then the Presidential post in the Republic of Nepal is similar to an ‘Emergency Light’. What a lovely parallel?

“President is like an Automatic Emergency Light. It will be switched on automatically,” said Jhal Nath Khanal.

Khanal is mistaken as the emergency instrument doesn’t work unless someone across the border operates the Remote Control much the similar way as it so happened in 2005-6, if one were to recall.

What sort of event will trigger the automatic emergency light Khanal did not reveal?

Perhaps, guess critics only a signal coming from across the border? Unfortunately, the Remote controller is himself being controlled by alien nationals. Mess is there.

He made this remark while talking to a group of journalists at his personal residence in Kathmandu, October 27, 2012.

“The tolerable limit has already crossed. It is appropriate for the rest of the political parties to jointly stand against the party that is obstructing the process of consensus.”

Is he hinting towards formation of Non-Maoist alliance?

“We appreciate the president for performing his duties well. Yet he should not always remain quiet.”

Encouraging the President to exceed his limits. The Maoists know how to retaliate then in such an eventuality. The party of the former rebels has this expertise. Definitely, Dr. Yadav will face the music never heard in the past. The parties encouraging him will leave him alone in the deep blue ocean.

“Soon there will be a movement against the government. We have come to the conclusion that there is no alternative than to wage a fierce movement to derail the government.”

Unfortunately, this time around the “foreign backing” will be missing. So sad. Rahul lila is being staged in Nai Dilli.
